Christmas Goodies

I was off Wed - Fri of last week. Wednesday, we went to town to run a few errands. When we got home, Natalee & I made homemade sugar cookies. I made the dough before we left so it could chill while we were gone. Natalee helped me roll the dough & cut out the cookies. She had so much fun! I think there was more flour on her than the counter! When we started, her pjs were pink. When we got finished, they were white!

There is as story behind this. I turned around to transfer some freshly baked cookies to the cooling rack. I turn back around & this is what I find. All she would say is "I pushed em down, mama. I pushed em down." I guess she thought since I told her to push down on the cookie cutters, it also meant to poke the cookies!

Natalee didn't get to help decorate because it was late & I was using Royal Icing for the first time so I wasn't sure if she would be able to use it. Here is one of the snowmen!

This was the cutest Christmas tree! The others were not that pretty.
